Paths for Individuals

Paths for IndividualsDo you take your car to a mechanic?  Have you ever hired a consultant for your business?  Do you ever turn to a cookbook for menu ideas?

Therapists are experts in the field of getting unstuck–of breaking through painful patterns–of knowing pathways to well-being.  I believe that when you decide to work with me you are getting an expert who has spent thousands of hours learning about pathways to happiness and peace.  These routes have been tested on thousands of people and while one route does not fit everyone, everyone has a route that fits them.

When you come to counseling you can expect to get clear on what  is leading you to feel anxious, depressed, alienated from your partner, stressed out or concerned about your child.  And it may not be what you think when you first come in! You can also expect to find pathways to addressing these painful situations.

I’ve found (and the research supports) that your motivation to make changes is a big factor in the success of therapy. If you’re open to looking and feeling and pondering your state of being with fresh eyes and an open mind, then you will benefit from therapy.

You know you’ve gotten the benefits of therapy if:

1) You understand how and why you lose touch with your sense of well-being.

2) You have pathways for accessing your own inherent sense of well-being.

3) You know how to get yourself out of negative states with your partner, your child or yourself.

If you’re interested in these benefits, please give me a call for a free consultation.
